Description
Of a beautiful intense red color with purple nuances, Mourvèdre Les Jamelles has a very fruity first flavor with scents of strawberry, peach and currants.
It has spicy scents reminiscent of scrubland, notes of almond paste, honey, lavender, thyme and bay leaf, as well as a touch of roasted meat. On the palate, it is surprisingly long and fatty with well-balanced tannins. The almost sweet finish gives an impression of softness and velvet. The spicy and garrigue notes are present from the attack to the finish. It is a wine which has enormous character and power.
