Description
Les Jamelles Syrah-Grenache without added sulphites reveals a dark red color with bluish nuances. The nose is expressive and intense, with primary aromas of fruit (cherry) but also black cherry coulis. There are also light touches of vanilla and spices (paprika / bacon, gray pepper). The olfactory persistence is very interesting. The wine offers a very nice fresh, spicy and fruity (fresh cherry) palate, with hints of liquorice and a mineral touch. The balance is perfect between elegant and well integrated tannins and a nice freshness. This method of vinification and aging without sulphites allows a clear and intense expression of the fruit.
