Venta las Vacas is a signature wine with DO Ribera del Duero, made with tempranillo grapes (tinta del país) from various vineyards in the province of Burgos. A monovarietal aged for 10-12 months in new barrels, and others used with 1 and 2 wines in American (60%) and French (40%) oak barrels.
